Q&A Hunt Boosts Fun, Thematic Training Enhances Effectiveness
In the 2025 "Quality Month" activities of Kejia, the Q&A Hunt and quality-themed training sessions have been successfully concluded. During this period, all colleagues actively participated, deepening their quality awareness through interaction and learning, and injecting strong momentum into quality improvement.
Quality Knowledge Popularized Through Fun Interactions
The "Q&A Hunt" was randomly conducted on production lines and in offices as planned, with staff conducting on-the-spot checks on quality-related questions. Participating colleagues responded proactively based on their daily knowledge, and those who answered one or more questions correctly received participation prizes (small gifts). This activity, in a lighthearted and engaging manner, made quality knowledge more accessible and effectively ignited everyone’s enthusiasm for quality.

Targeted Empowerment to Strengthen Quality Capabilities
The Quality Department organized thematic training sessions for key personnel, including frontline employees, team leaders, production supervisors, and quality inspectors. The training focused on inspection standards, regulatory requirements, standard processes, and in-depth explanations of the company’s quality incident cases in recent years. This helped participants accurately grasp quality requirements, avoid common issues, and tangibly enhance the quality control capabilities of key positions.

Moving forward, activities such as on-site quality inspections and team improvement proposals will continue. Outstanding individuals and teams will have the opportunity to earn corresponding rewards, and a summary and award ceremony will be held in late September. We look forward to everyone’s continued efforts to collectively drive the company’s quality standards to new heights!
