Currently, the 2025 "Quality Month" campaign has officially kicked off. Centering on the theme of "Survive by quality, develop by quality, and seek benefits through quality", a series of solid measures are being steadily advanced, and the enthusiasm of all employees to participate in quality improvement remains high.

PART1
The Quality Month kicks off with remarkable results

During the initial stage of the event, the atmosphere creation has achieved significant success. Prominent banners with the theme of "Quality Month" have been hung along the main roads of the company, and multiple promotional boards have been carefully placed in the workshop visiting channels, vividly showcasing the arrangements for the related activities of the Quality Month.
Meanwhile, each workshop has successfully held the mobilization meeting for the "Quality Month", thoroughly communicating the purpose, spirit and arrangements of the event, guiding every employee to have a clear direction and actively participate, laying a solid ideological foundation for the subsequent activities.

In the upcoming September, more exciting activities will follow one after another. We sincerely invite all colleagues to actively participate:

01 Quality Training Empowerment
The Quality Department will conduct training on processing and manufacturing inspection procedures, standard processes, and company quality cases for key position employees and team leaders in each team, helping everyone enhance their professional skills and quality awareness.

02 Multiple On-site Inspections
On September 5th, 10th, 15th, and 20th, the Quality Department will form inspection teams with relevant departments to carry out four on-site quality inspections in each workshop. Based on the "Quality Assessment Form", scores will be given and the average score will be used to select the outstanding ones. This will precisely identify problems and promote rectification.

03 Proposal Improvement Campaign
Each team needs to submit at least two quality improvement proposals by September 20th (either in individual or team names). Outstanding proposals will be rewarded with cash, contributing wisdom and strategies for the company's quality improvement.
Quality is the lifeline of an enterprise.
