Recently, the project “High-Precision Lightweight Integrated Aluminum Die Casting Mold Base for New Energy Vehicle Structural Components”, independently developed by Kejia (Changxing) Mould Base Manufacturing Co., Ltd., has been officially selected for the Zhejiang Provincial First-of-Its-Kind Product Recognition List. This achievement marks a significant breakthrough for Kejia in the field of high-end mold and mold base manufacturing.

Specifically designed for key structural components of new energy vehicles, the mold base features high precision, lightweight design, and integrated forming capability, effectively enhancing vehicle lightweighting and overall production efficiency. The project addresses critical technical challenges and represents a technological advancement previously unavailable within the province.
