On December 27, 2025, Kejia laboratory testing team was invited to attend the Advanced Metal Material Testing Equipment and Application Technology Exchange Conference, organized by the Luoyang Society for Materials and Testing. Experts, scholars, and industry professionals from across China gathered to conduct in-depth discussions and share experience on the latest developments in metal material testing technologies.

As a technology-driven enterprise in the mould base manufacturing sector, Kejia consistently places product quality and technological innovation at the core of its development strategy. This technical exchange provided a valuable cross-industry learning platform for the company’s testing team. During the conference, leading industry experts systematically introduced the technical principles and application scenarios of advanced testing equipment such as scanning electron microscopes (SEM) and in-situ tensile testing systems, and shared the latest research achievements in areas including metal fatigue performance evaluation and microstructural analysis.

Meanwhile, engineers from the Kejia laboratory combined practical application cases in material composition analysis and mechanical property testing of mould base materials, engaging in in-depth discussions with participants on key technical challenges such as material failure analysis under complex working conditions and standardized output of high-precision testing data, jointly exploring effective solutions.
Through this technical exchange, Keji further clarified the core direction for upgrading its testing system. Going forward, the company will continue to increase investment in high-precision testing instruments and accelerate the standardization and digitalization of laboratory systems, aiming to provide customers with more accurate and comprehensive material performance data. This approach ensures quality and stability at the source of high-end mould base product development. At the same time, Kejia will maintain an open and collaborative mindset, actively promoting synergistic innovation in testing technologies across the industry and contributing to the high-quality development of advanced manufacturing.
