Special Seminar on “Introduction and Development Trends of Mold Steel Materials”
Nov 03 , 2025

To further enhance the technical team’s understanding and application capability of mold steel material standards, Kejia organized a special seminar on “Introduction and Development Trends of Mold Steel Materials” on October 28, 2025. The training was attended by key technical personnel and related business staff.

During the session, the company’s senior engineer delivered an in-depth explanation focusing on “Domestic Standards for Mold Steel.” The lecture highlighted several national standards of the People’s Republic of China, including “Classification of Hot-Work Mold Steels,” “Cold-Work Mold Steels: High Toughness and High Wear Resistance Types,” and “Plastic Mold Steels: Alloy Structural Steels.” Through detailed analysis of standard clauses, material properties, and application scenarios, the training helped participants clarify the technical logic behind material selection, production, and quality inspection of mold steels, thus laying a solid theoretical foundation for the company’s standardization in R&D and manufacturing processes.

Kejia has always adhered to the philosophy of “Driving Development through Technological Innovation.” This training represents an important step in strengthening the company’s technical system. In the future, Kejia will continue to conduct multi-dimensional professional training programs to further enhance the team’s technical capabilities and boost the company’s core competitiveness in the mold base industry.
