Fresh faces appear in the office building of KEJIA.

They are all full of energy and look around the future work area with curious eyes.

In order to let the interns quickly understand KEJIA Mold Base, familiarize and adapt to the new environment and new identity, KEJIA Mold Base carried out a one-week intensive training for them, to exercise their ability and improve their level, to complete the transition from the student identity to the workplace identity, and to help them to start a new stage in their life.

The HR & Admin Department welcomed the new interns on behalf of the company and introduced the general situation of KEJIA Mold Base to them, which eased the nervousness of the interns when they first entered the company.
